What make up products do you use?
Orchid Blush make up artists and hair stylists use only premium products to ensure you look great. We use MAC, Nars, Lancome, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Shu Umera and other professional make up brands. We will select the make up that is most suitable for you.

What locations do you cover?
Orchid Blush make up artists and hair stylists cover all areas of the North West. This includes Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire, The Wirral. We can travel further on request with travel costs covered.

Will you be able to give me any ideas for make up or hairstyles?
If you are not sure what kind of mak up look or hairstyle that you would like, we can supply images as well as experienced advice to guide you. If you are having a bridalhair or makeup style we can supply photographs of previous bridal clients and supply advice and guidance to assist you in choosing your bridal makeup and/or hair.

Do I need a bridal makeup / hair trial?
Hair or Make Up Trials are optional but we strongly recommend that a bride has a makeup trial so that they can be sure of achieving the look they want on their wedding day. During a bridal make up or hair trial we spend time finding outabout the style of your wedding. We also spend time getting to know you and creating a finished makeup or hair look that the bride/bridal party will be happy with. After the trial the makeup artist will make notes about the makeup used and these will be used on the wedding day to recreate the look. 50% deposit is payable after the trial to secure the wedding date.(With exception being a bank holiday date in which case the booking is payable in advance to the date)

Can I have my wedding makeup / hair trial in a different location to on the wedding day?
Yes this is fine. We can visit you at your location for your makeup / hair trial or you can attend one of our salons. On your wedding day we will then travel to the location of your choice.

What happens on the wedding day?
The makeup artist or hair stylist will arrive in plenty of time on the wedding day to set up.  The makeup artist will have a copy of the bridal trial notes for reference. Orchid Blush MakeUp Artists have extensive experience in bridal hair and makeup and will be able to work efficiently on the day. The timings of the wedding day makeup or hairstyles will be carefully planned to ensure everybody is ready in good time.
